An active lifestyle is essential for maintaining daily functionality and staying engaged in ongoing activities.
This health and wellness programme promotes active living and fosters a supportive community through group activities and it is suitable for seniors aged 55 and above. Participants will learn safe and effective techniques from trained volunteers, with each session including warm-ups, various exercises, and cool-downs suited to all fitness levels.
Programme details
Suitable for seniors aged 55 and above. Open to all fitness levels—no prior experience needed
Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended for the activities
Bring along bottle of water to stay hydrated
Regular evaluations will be conducted to track progress and ensure participants are comfortable with the activities
