Empower Ageing Ltd. is committed to maintaining high standards of ethics and governance in our work with valued clients, partners, suppliers, volunteers, and the general public.

Our Whistleblowing Policy provides a confidential and safe channel to report any possible misconduct or wrongdoing in good faith. Examples of such acts include:

  • Professional and financial misconduct
  • Improper, dishonest, or unethical behavior
    Harassment
  • Abuse of authority
  • Conflict of interest
  • Irregularity or non-compliance with laws, regulations, Empower Ageing Ltd. policies and procedures
  • Health and safety at the workplace
  • Any other impropriety that may adversely affect Empower Ageing Ltd.’s reputation

To the extent permissible by law and where reasonably practical, Empower Ageing Ltd. will keep the identity of the Reporting Person confidential. If the Reporting Person is an employee, the policy ensures they will be treated with strict confidence and, to the extent possible, protected from any reprisal or victimisation.
